Led project managers, project controls, engineering, GCs, and specialty contractors (civil, electrical, structural, steel fabrication) on facility and equipment-related work. Reviewed drawings, SOWs, permits, and plant schedules; interfaced directly with Owners, VPs, and engineering managers to align scope and protect project outcomes. Project Engineer / Manager Mitsubishi Chemical — Memphis, TN | 2024 – Present Serve as Owner's-side project lead on capital and facility projects within a high-hazard chemical manufacturing / power plant, overseeing civil, mechanical, electrical, and process systems. Direct daily operations and capital project delivery for building/plant improvements and industrial steel construction supporting new equipment, mechanical, electrical and process capacity. Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, project controls, procurement, QC, EHS) and host engineering/construction meetings to maintain schedule, budget, and compliance. Oversee material handling, supply chain, and contractor performance for chemical manufacturing capital work; maintain OSHA safety and quality standards.

My Contract was completed when Chemours Chemicals acquired DuPont's Plant in Memphis, TN. *This was a high speed / highly automated Manufacturing environment. As the PM, I worked with all facets of General Manufacturing Operations, Engineering Management in Specialty Chemicals Projects / Contracts, Procurement and increased Productivity, Labor Management and Time Studies to track / increase Efficiency, to enhance Facility / Plant Operations, for highly Automated Manufacturing multi-sites. Provided Contracting Project Management to all disciplines that required technical information. DuPont-Chemours Specialty Chemicals provides Specialty Chemicals worldwide. Some of the Chemicals that I was a PM over was that of (SCN), (HCN), (OXONE) and General Power / Services. I worked with all the key players and hired key staff. I have left this Company because my Contract was completed during the buyout phase with Chemours Chemicals.

General Manager (1989-2005 / 2009 - Present) Achievements: - Had full P&L responsibility over-all Financing / Accounting, Sales, Procurement and Projects. Work directly with Client(s), Contractors and Vendor's, which is where I negotiate complex Contracts within EPC Power / Gen. Industrial Projects. I have lowered the Corporate Spending Budget, saved millions in strategic negotiating of complex Contracts and Purchase Orders with Clients / Vendors and research new OEM's / Vendors. (Utilize Business Works Software). - Provide Mechanical Engineering and Estimating in acquiring each Project within the Corporation. - Selected to manage all managers, supervisors and staff which consists of around (100) exempt / non-exempt employees

This U.S. office was transferred to MD. and could not convince my Family to move, so I was once again needed at Industrial Air Corporation and went back. I worked with Lurgi, Inc. for (6) months and was promoted to its sister company at the time – GEA Bischoff, Inc. Managed Lean Manufacturing in Custom Metal Fabrication and various Industries. General Manager over Mechanical Engineers, Contractors and Steel Fabricators / Erectors in each Project. General Management: I directed Global / National Plant Metal Fabrication and Structural Steel Management within each EPCM Project nationally / internationally. Responsible for multi-million USD Contract negotiations with several North American / Internationally Companies. This Company provided Custom Metal Fabrication and Structural Steel within each EPCM Project worldwide. I left when I was told that the company was being relocated to the office in MD., my Family refused to move.

Sold Business to a competitor. Successfully owned, operated and sold a Custom Lean Automation Engineering Company, where I operated part-time in multi-states and had P&L responsibilities directing Financials, Insurance, Engineering, Procurement, IT and Plant Management. I Engineered, Installed, Manufactured / Distributed Specialty Chemicals, HealthCare, Aviation and Automotive Custom Equipment / Parts to these Industries. I had P&L responsibilities in P&L and obtained / sold to industry leading customer's, hired, trained and managed Plants, Personnel, Contractors and Subcontractors in the evenings, nights and weekends to supplement my income. I sold this Company in 1999. Purchased and managed Lean Manufacturing in various Industries. Through my Sales skills / abilities I managed to obtain and sell to such industry leading customers as FedEx Corporation, HealthCare Fitness Centers offering and providing Rehab Machines, Northwest Air Link, NKC of America and others. I hired on contractors and subs to perform the labor / work while I obtained new business and increased existing business. I managed the Offices / Plants and hired / trained an office staff part-time and managed all facets of this business including Financing, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement, Processing / Packaging Management, Logistics, Inventory, Quality, and Safety.

Went to work for worldwide corporations once work had slowed down in order to enhance my skillset. Worked with Custom Lean Manufacturing and Metal Fabrication environment in various Industries. Managed the Lean Manufacturing in various Industries, like that of Automation, Specialty Chemicals, Aviation, Automotive and heavy Industrial Sectors. Assisted the Owner in enhancing existing business and sold new business development to EPCM Customers in various EPCM Industries. Started at the bottom level of the Company and worked my way up to the General Manager level. Hired, trained and placed key Staffing in their proper skill set areas, directed Financials, General Management, increased Productivity in Lean Manufacturing, Insurance, Inventory Control and Time Studies to track / increase Efficiency, both Nationally / Internationally. Worked with and sold to CEO's / Clients, which increased our existing business and through my Sales skills and Product knowledge, I obtained new Customers / Business retention. Managed the Plant(s), General / Project Management and Production, Quality and Safety. I worked in and managed a Shipping / Receiving Department and ensured all Inventory and Custom Packaging was shipped correctly.
