Chris came in and upgraded a couple operator stations for us. He changed operator cycle time, he modified readout on ViewMarque display board, he implemented and installed alarms for when cycle time exceeded, and resolved wiring and programming issues with ViewMarque display board. Chris did a great job and will ask for his return for future projects and upgrades.
Chris saved the day. We had a power outage and when the power came back on, one of our main cells would not start its process. Chris was able to come in on short notice, narrowed down the exact problem and adjusted the program to never let the same problem happen again. Chris is very professional and extremely knowledgeable as a controls engineer.
Did a great job. He was able to get the cell working properly and solve any other issues faced with efficiency.
