Was responsible for all gripper applications on the Body Shop line at BMW Rosslyn new X3 Body Shop Project. Specifically for the Centre Floor, Underbody and Framing lines.
Was responsible for all sealer programming, optimisations and feedback at BMW Rosslyn new X3 Body Shop Project
Responsible for all Stud welding, programming and optimisations at BMW Rossyln new X3 Body Shop project. This included extensive knowledge of the Tucker Welding controller (Optimisations, new studs, backups, troubleshooting etc)
Was responsible for all spot welding programming and optimisations at BMW Rosslyn Project. Worked extensively with the Bosch 7000 weld timers.

Projects Worked on: BMW Rosslyn new X3 Body Shop Installation and Production support. I was the senior robot programmer and team leader of the Centre Floor, Underbody and Framing sections of the Body Shop line. We were contracted as the line builders and also for production support. Installation of 2 KRC2 robots onto exisitng productiuon line at VW. I was responsible for all aspects of the installation.
Planning, Installation and programming of 3 KUKA KRC2 robotics onto exisitng production line. I was responsible for all aspects of the project. Planning, position of robots on line, testing of robots prior to installation, interface between robot and PLC, PLC programming, robot programming, safety wiring, proximity switches, program sequence, interface with exisitng CNC machine etc. (Refer to CV for full details)
