About Me
I started working in the maintenance sector of the Pit Box electronic entertainment company, after a few months I began to coordinate the maintenance sector, until later promoted to electronic technician Jr. to work in the field, staying there for 3 years. At MDS, I supported the operational processes as an electronic PJ technician, working in the field as well, being responsible for the cleaning, assembly, maintenance and programming of machines. I worked for more than 7 years as a delivery driver, rendering service for Editora WMF Martins Fontes. I had a radical change as I entered the Scania review industry. During my contract with Scania I was mainly in Flux 1, 1000lux sector, (inspection of shop and painting and assembly of the chassis), however, I asked to meet other sectors such as TruckCam, where the steering wheel alignment was done and inspection was also made on the underside of the trucks in the Quick Repair where the vehicle was repaired when there was a detour and where the front of the cabin was inspected. Attention to details such as: quality, volume of production, safety and environment, organization and cleaning of the workplace, helping in the training and training of new employees ensuring that there is no deviation in quality and quantity during the training period, reach the schedule of production daily and proactively assuming the responsibility and guaranteeing the fluidity of the process, even during the temporary absence of the production supervisor in order to achieve the production goals, to produce defect-free vehicles ensuring that the requirements of the quality of delivery are reached, active participation in activities of continuous improvement of the process always seeking to deliver the best product, in the shortest time and with quality.
