Software development for complete Drilling Rig Controls and other associated applications and feature. • Leading Development of Modular Software for Integrated Rig Controls. • Design of new control philosophy • Development of flexible and re-usable software modules and functions • Automated configuration and parameterization of VFDs • Complete re-design of Down-Hole steering application • Integration of Managed Pressure Drilling into Integrated Rig Controls • Down-Linking (communications to down-hole tools) • Automated Engine-Generator set monitoring, control and power optimization (Green Energy initiative / Carbon reduction program) • Field testing and integration and commissioning of all new developments • Operations support of technical issues

Management of Controls software team • Management of engineering CAD design team • Re-design of complete Electrical System with distributed remote I/O's and fiber-optics to replace copper • Integration of Device-Net based distributed MCC system • Integration of EasyGen (Woodward) Generator control system • Communications and monitoring of CAT EMCS (Caterpillar engines used as prime-drives for Rig Power Generators) • Coordination of field start-up and support
