Developed MS Access database to reconcile MOCAS data and show accounts receivable staff MOCAS data that needed to be revised to collect invoice. System was used to collect over $1 billion in slow receivables over five years.

Developed multiple MS Access databases that supported administration of COBRA, Workers Compensation, Benefits and Annual Benefit Enrollment. Developed MS Access database that reconciled payroll taxes and W-2 data between Lawson and ADP.

Developed databases that automated the following processes: 1) Payment of Duke Power invoices, 2) Escheat process, 3) Reconciliation of sub-systems to GL and 4) Customer payout after termination of service. Automated calculation of monthly lease accruals. Enhanced internal controls with development of database that read Lawson security tokens and documented user rights/abilities.
