Position was for an administrative role in the security industry. Daily duties including assignment of manpower (63 individuals) for each of the three shifts, payroll using MS Excel, Adobe Professional to create internal postings and advertisements, in charge of all HR duties: new hiring, interviewing prospective hires, in charge of HR processes and methodology, all processes regarding hiring / discipline / firing / HR complaints, etc., distribution of uniforms. Moreover, required to attend client meetings where personnel matters were discussed. Also, once a month technical check of all security equipment including: door and windows alarms, emergency call buttons in the parking structure and security cameras. Required to monitor 260 cameras for security breaches. In the event of a security breach was required to dispatch security personnel to the scene, which denotes quick threat assessment and critical thinking. In charge of office automation: installation of computer software and hardware, troubleshooting of minor software and hardware issues, as well as minor network issues.
