Soft hands on various simulations software's like Robcad and Robot Studio. Lead a project for installation & Commissioning of 3 Fanuc robots for arc welding application for Cosma International, Pune. Lead a project for Plasma and sealing application for bonding of head light on Fanuc robot in Varroc Lighting System Pvt Ltd, Pune.
Well versed in Kuka robots for Arc welding application (Fronius & Lincon Electric), tandem welding, Spot welding (Pneumatic & Servo Guns) and in VKRC for sealing, hemming, and material handling application. Done a system integration project on Motoman robot and Mitsubishi PLC for spot welding application. Project Final year project ‘Design & Development of Embedded Architecture for Automobiles’ has been selected and sponsored by KSCST (Bangalore). Aim: To develop advanced facility in automobiles for the healthy performance and security of the passengers in the vehicles at efficient cost using technology. Description: We designed a circuit to increase the safety of the of the vehicle by fitting 10 different sensors to detect brake-fail, fire, engine-overheat, help, radiator leakage, Area1, Area2, Metal-cut, Electric Short-circuit, Tyre Air-Pressure leakage and microcontroller which senses these 10 parameters and displays the same to the driver on LCD panel. We designed a transmitter which is in the subject vehicle transmits same parameters to the receiver which is with owner of vehicle at remote place. This also helps owner who has fleet of vehicles to keep a check on his vehicles. We also have included 4 automization sensors like Automated AC, Automated Headlight, Automated Wiper and Overload indicator to add to the luxurious driving to the vehicle at efficient cost.
