Designed and responsible for PACCAR FLOOR super cell system and FORD ECONOLINE & DASH systems for MAGNA Drive in EPLAN 2022 Responsible for establishing and enforcing construction, manufacturing, and installation standards. Calculating project costs and creating timelines. Providing quality assurance for ongoing projects. Collaborating with clients and other professionals to clarify project standards and evaluate options. Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects. Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps. Performing other duties as assigned.

Designs of panels and building Industrial control panels according to UL 508A standard. Aiding in the design of pneumatic/electrical schematics for the actuation of cylinders and clamps. Programming Siemen's 1517 PLC and safety programs for projects in assembling and body in white plants. Designing a safety concept for the project by using standard safety elements like light curtains, floor scanners and emergency stop buttons. Arc Flash studies & calculations using SKM software. Design & develop and to read P&ID diagrams, Single line, and multi-line schemes in EPLAN fluidic. Familiarity with SAP System for manufacturing process and revisions. Working as an EPLAN designer for Daimler AGG EVAII marriage line and SME Line Synchronous project. Making sure that the standards are met during the installation and commissioning phases of the projects. Preparing documentation for buy-offs for the ongoing projects in accordance with the customer requirements.

Design Evaluate and Test electrical systems, products, and components by conducting research and applying knowledge of electric circuit theory and materials. Working knowledge of three phase wye delta 3-wire and 4-wire configurations. Inspect and approve new revisions to the electrical drawings and designing the Electrical subpanel layouts based on the UL design rule guidelines. Programming PLC's and HMIs to control the manual and automatic functioning of applying Load on the generator set. Working on program standardization project, which includes the functioning of various Load banks under a single PLC & HMI program.

Performed flow measurement using a RADAR flow measuring device. Designed and printed a Low- Power signal conditioning for a RADAR flow meter. Implemented slurry flow measurement using an Ultrasonic flow measurement device. Had hands on experience PLC programming.

Designed an autonomous robot for transferring products from one place to another. Performed a PCB design for the H-bridge and microprocessor circuit using Eagle software. Had developed a code for Roomba robot to return to the charging station automatically when charging is less than 10% of the battery life. Implemented a LIDAR sensor in the Roomba for avoiding any kind of collisions with walls and to completely vacuum the carpet area.

Designed and implemented a redundancy circuit that allows a person to switch the usage of power from power lines or Photovoltaic cells. Worked closely with clients, surveyed specific client power requirements and designed a suitable solar power plan, which includes solar panels and batteries. Also gained knowledge of the geographic conditions that are required for an efficient way of harnessing solar power through the panels.
