W — Electrical Engineer

Control engineer, BSEE, having over 25 years experience with machine and industrial facility electrical power systems design and layout, manufacturing process instrumentation and controls automation systems design and implementation in capital equipment, pharmaceutical, medical device, thin films, aerospace, food and chemical processing industries. Seeking an opportunity in machine or systems’ design, implementation, commissioning, and customer support as a contributor/ hands-on, object-oriented PLC programmer to apply a mature, end-to-end systems-oriented, lights-out, design-for-maximum-up-time methodologies, leading or working within a technical team or interacting with a customer or organization’s maintenance and process improvement teams. Proven skills in design, development, integration, and programming of process systems, systems having multiple PLCs, HMIs, sub-controlled modules, remote I/O, and intelligent components, servo systems, including robotics, vision inspection, barcoded labeling and reading elements in discrete and continuous/batch processes, and plant floor to business systems connectivity. Key development and programming philosophies are to provide systems' operational visibility for reduced MTTR, maximum process control capability and verification, and simplified and reduced human intervention.
