Electrical: Process and facility start up, extensive hands on experience in machine design, build and troubleshoot. Knowledge of IEEE Standards, NEC and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards. Experienced in Programmable Logic Controls to include: Troubleshoot, program modification, and Installation of Allen Bradley PLC 5 Series, Omron, Mitsubishi, Control Logix. Safety: Knowledge of IEEE Standards, NIOSH, OSHA, NEC Requirements and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards. HAZMAT, Confined space entry, (LOTO)Lock Out / Tag Out, High Voltage PPE program training. RULA and Ergonomic Design for Manufacturing. Machining: CNC machine programming, G Codes, Simple Conversation CAD CAM, NC and CNC machining, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, polishing, deburr, precision grinding, machining centers to include Mazak, Yamazen, Posalux, LeBlond Makino, GE/Fanuc/Cincinnati Milacron. Machine stamping to include 50 – 2000 tom Minster, Rouselle, Greenerd, Enterpac. Progressive, single cycle, coining and custom cycle press experience. Welding: MIG, TIG, Stick, Electron Beam, Robotic Spot Weld, TIG Weld, MIG Weld, Materials to include, CRS, Stainless Steel, Hastalloy, Inconel, Renee, Titanium. Weld quality to include FPI, NDI, X-Ray, Resistance Testing and Peel Testing. Completed GM Welding School in 1995. At GM was responsible for 75 S2 & S3 ABB Robotic Welders, Fanuc Controllers, Spot and MIG weld, robot teach, calibration and end effector maintenance.

Process Management / Time Studies: MTM, Process, Standard, TPM and Machine Cycle Time studies. Development and use of existing spreadsheet / automated process element components to determine RAR (Run at Rate) production levels, process smoothing, work cell re-layout for increased efficiency, capability and capacity study improvements.
