Fully accountable for leading complex, large-scale project focused on updating BMW production line for GO5 during multiple shutdowns. Ensure projects progress on schedule and within scope and budget. Monitor health and safety regulation compliance. Conduct Siemen training sessions for company programmers to instill continuity and uniformity. Provide consultation and technical support on issues relating to line shutdowns and PLC programming. Key Contributions: • Spearheaded project involving sunroof sequencing machine, including one robot and multiple loading areas to pull materials from; finalized list of open points (LOP) to achieve final acceptance from customer (Global Automotive Partners). • Successfully completed Magna Drive project on schedule; coordinated activities related to LOP, implemented line improvements, and suggested changes that improved quality, safety and decreased cycle time. • Earned commendation from senior leaders for contributions during projects with various scopes including GO2 lift gate, sunroof, front door and rear door; projects involved use of Kuka robots and Siemens programs for production lines.

Supervised execution of full life cycle multi-craft and mechanical repair projects to support manufacturing operation of custom compounds. Fully accountable for troubleshooting and resolving PLC operations in Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000 and 500. Installed wires, breakers, fuses, drives, starters, motors, pumps and other electrical equipment in accordance with NEC. Oversaw robotic electrical circuit and PLC ladder logic troubleshooting; made necessary adjustments to ensure proper production run.
