I was implementing Lean Manufacturing principles before the word was ever created. It's a standard practive in my work ethics. I had a laugh when the word "Lean Manufacturing" was introduced fromt the Japanese into American Manufacturing Culture.

I was honored to have worked on Aretmis 1's Launch to the Moon with Boeings unmanned Space craft utilizing Computerized Navigation from Earth-Moon-Earth again, successfully in the Power and Protective Systems division under the BOSS Contract through Amentum Spaceport LLC from Kennedy Space Port, Florida.

Consultant to Alomega Inc. Palm Bay/Melbourne FL Design, install and configure industrial SCADA applications: design GUI, HMI screens and joining them to PLC points with GE's Cimplicity 4.01, GE's Cimplicity 3.21, Intellution 3.12, Intellution Ifix32, Citec, and WonderWare InTouch HMI (including ArchestrA). Troubleshooting and writing logic through RsLogix500 and RSLogix 5000 and reporting. Responsible for taking Off-The-Shelf Computers by Dell (Optiplex series) or building custom White boxes, and configuring them to run with SCADA /HMI software Verified PLC's point addressing within HMI database ensuring communication. Replacement of: video cards /hard drive without loss of project data when manufacturer's components failed to meet project's demand prior to testing and validation of HMI system. Evaluate accurate isolation of customer symptoms for network LAN/WAN problems and resolved them. Responsible for determining correct Gateway IP Address with DOS command prompts, and determine if Host's IP address were on the same subnet. If not then change one or the other to match the network configuration. Data network design, build, troubleshoot & implementation of design build, workstations & servers with various UPS's (Tripp Lite, APC). Utilized oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters, pulse generators and logic analyzers. Design and assign classful & classless IP addresses and subnet mask configuration with: static routed configuration, RIPv.1, v.2, OSPF, and EIGRP, BGP, remote access dial-up, and wireless. Software/ Hardware Quality Assurance Testing within scope of project. Build computer systems for local businesses, and provide WAN/LAN configuration service for Offices. Verify VTY ports are disabled, or if enabled configured with passwords and then reset password periodically. Rewrote Corporate by Laws from a 3 man policy implementation to a 5 man policy implementation thereby increasing a greater Democratic process while maintaining Robert's Rule of Order. Responsible for bring all accounting functions back into Alomega Inc. accounting department by setting up macros, in Lotus 123, and Excel,designing monthly templates to be reused and selecting the proper computerized 1120S tax software before installing it onto corporate computers. Calibration of test equipment utilizing internal test equipment references verified by external references for oscilloscopes. Responsible as System Engineer to design, rebuild, install and test custom made retrofit computerized chemical replenishment system to reduce: chemical costs, production waste, which increased quality control of production. Computer system components were CMOS components, while quality control components consisted of: Delay on Break Relays, filtered recirculation of chemicals, and utilizing bellows type chemical replenishment pumps with stroke and cam adjustments. Exercised HMI Controls software design and development experience (Cimplicity v.3.5 - 8.22) with resolved PLC Ladder Logic inconsistencies.

Contractor on site at GM Power Plant, Spring Hill TN. Supported Manufacturing Plant Floor: technologies, process, and the application of those technologies to key manufacturing environments integrated with automation software and databases. Supported and architected Manufacturing technologies and tools: SCADA, Proficy, Cimplicity, OPC, RSLinx, Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining and troubleshooting:applications using GE, Proficy with PLC interface, tag database import / export, alarm notification, historical and real-time trending, data logging using SQL Server as backend database & SQL reporting services including SQL query development, stored procedure, database jobs, running on VmWare Esx. Supported Control Engineers in resolving PLC's ladder logic on Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 500/5000 and automation networks / protocols including Wireless APs, token ring, DeviceNet, and Profibus Supported Cisco 1900-24, 2505's 2501 2610, 2600, 2650,2811 & 2960 routers and switch. Protocols: STP, RSTP, EIGRP, OSPF, VLANS and ACL's. Cisco's IOS v11.0 through 12.4. Security experience consisting of firewalls, and port blockers (for ultimate protection). Modified and redesigned Proficy HMI screens during upgrade from Cimplicity 6.22 to v8.0 while interfacing with SQL. Resolved Plant Floor users' data connectivity issues to Cimplicity HMI screens. Performed as backup for the primary Cimplicity's PR&T, PM&C Application Engineer. Troubleshoot and repaired Adaptive Display board (ANDON) in conjunction with skilled union labor. These boards were suspended from ceiling and would display live plant floor production data. Established standards for replacement with low cost 60" LCD/LED televisions for greater reliability and lower maintenance costs. Page 2 Transactional SQL (T-SQL) scripting & troubleshooting of data table configuration and verification. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues down to the MAC address and subnet mask in network consisting Cisco routers and switches. Provided maintenance, administration, and support of internal computer systems and networks in a multi-protocol LAN/WAN environment. Wired AC/DC power supplies and tested voltage rating under load. Verified Sensor connections were either parallel to the PLC or needed to be in series to the PLC. Aided other Controls SE's in troubleshooting ELPO electroplating film issues, and verified in-series connected sensors XR/RX Lean manufacturing experience and Kaizen. Trouble shoot end to end connectivity issues from the sensor to the PLC and through to the HMI. Updated customized database centric HMI (Human Machine Interface)/ SCADA using VB, and TCP/IP / ODBC driver communications in manufacturing environment for following departments: STAMPING, VIS, FASCI, & POLYMERS,. Participated in functional area meetings and related functions to represent IT project management and to assist in meeting launch IT performance goals, and rotational on-call schedules. Communicated IT requirements to the appropriate staffs and coordinated controls integration activities with the plant business team. Cape Canaveral, FL, Responsible for: wiring and mounting I/O field devices and wiring to PLC cabinet for automating Pump Station #7 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Cape Canaveral, FL., modification of P & I.D. drawings, I/O configuration, termination of devices with Allen Bradley PLC, managing parts ordering, logistics, and project scheduling. Architect, Administrator, & Network Configuration of Computer Systems Integration and provided design, installation, maintenance, administration, and support of internal computer systems and networks in a multi-protocol LAN/WAN Network environment for the Automation and Control Industry, control panel and rack building. Modification of P & I D drawings to reflect upgrades using Auto Cad 2004. RTU BOMs & RTU panel wiring. Cimplicity's duties consisted of: PC hardware requirement assessments of: hard drive, RAM Video card, printer, and motherboard determining Window's OS version compatibility with proper service patch requirements to SCADA systems. Design and configure screen objects, and implemented animation to objects where required, associated PLC tags to screen objects, and populated the alarm database and tag database. Working with Woodward controllers. Verify GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC tags to Cimplicity's tag database and tag's IO address distinguishing between digital and analog inputs of 6,500 + points, assign and configure IP address and subnet mask to Cimplicity's Viewer and Server, verifing communications between screen objects and field devices, resolving discrepancies, document creation of all the various objects and animation used, configure Cimplicity trending charts, and user's log in screen. Create Operations and Maintenance Manuals utilizing screen captures for Customer's Knowledge transfer of project with Table of Contents. Include written procedures for creating project's backup file as well as procedures for reinstalling project onto a new hard drive from the project's backup file burned onto a CD. Creating a test verification matrix for all tags and IO addresses. Verified Field Sensor connections were either parallel to the PLC or needed to be in series to the PLC. Cape Canaveral, FL. Responsible for Electrical Panel assembly,wiring, installation, and startup, of video IP based CCTV build and implementation. My duties consisted of an Engineer for Computer Systems Integration for Automation and Control Industry, Control Panel and electrical rack building. Responsible for modification of P & I D drawings to reflect upgrades. Field engineering support and logistics duties for installation of computerized motion detection CCTV IP video surveillance system around the perimeter of a fuel depot in the jurisdiction of Homeland Security territory at Port Manatee, Tampa Bay, FL. 5,400ft of Corning's fiber optic cable laid and terminated. Reconfigured 64 Bit Windows Server 2003, to 32 Bit Windows Server 2003 because of Application design issue. Assembled the racks and installed the hardware consisting of fiber optic switches, media converters, video matrix switches, computer workstations, installation of Window's OS's and video management software.

Melbourne, FL. Responsible for technical sales and support for Palm Pilot call in center for entire USA Achieved "TOP GUN" sales and support rating twice (2) in the first month and second month. Recruited to Santis for a permanent position.

Looked around for compatible desktop and opened up a workstation that happened to be in the building and available for use and determined that the components were compatible discovered that it was a Dell Optiplex Model. Data acquisition was performed by measuring and verifying the field sensor's responses were valid and being recorded through the PLC and in the configured Trending Charts. Signal calibrations were performed on Meters (Fluke 747 4-20 milliamps), and Spectrum Analyzers, from sources internal to the monitoring equipment then validated with calibrated external sources before taken into the field for use. Contract ended.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Support of 24 X 7 business processes. Configuring and maintaining computing infrastructure of nation-wide call in customers. Responsible for Gateway Computers Nationwide Customer Support 1st call resolution center of Customer's issues with their Gateway Computers. Page 4 I was responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and authorizing computer system parts replacement or determine if complete computer system needed replacing.

The curriculum was actually a dual major, involving Motion Pictures Production, Law, Budgeting, Distribution Contracts, as well as producing Televesion shows from Scratch including: Producing, Budgeting,Talent Acquisition, Lighting, Directing, Video Editing, Sounding recording, Sounding Dubbing post production, Video Camera balancing and setup, Camera Operations and eletronic maintenanance, Waveform Monitor utilitization, which also included even writing the script from which to producte it.

This was a requirement and prerequisite to enter Columbia College of Hollywood that I needed to complete prior to pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting because it was Columbia College's of Hollywood requirement. They didn't accept freshman nor sophmore. To intentional test the resolve of an individual's resolve and determination to achieve their goals in life regardless of ther requirements.

I had a fascination with Airplanes in the sky and decided to do something about my fasination and learn the principles of flight, as well as the rules: ground rules, national and international flight rules. Common maintenance checks during pre-flight and post flight. Learing the limiations and capabilities of the aircrafts I was certified for. I enjoyed navigating and pre-flight planning and required terminology when communicating through the radio to anyone, especially to "Flight following procedures" and entering and exiting Air Traffic Controlled and restricted flight areas anywhere. I have since acculmulated 110 hours of combined flight time, alone or with passengers.

I enjoyed water sports soo-ooo much that to reach my fullest enjoyment required getting a Scube Diving License at an early age. I wanted to be able to swim with the fishes without requirring to repetatively ascent to the surface to exhale and inhale again and again just to remain underwater for as long as I wanted to.
