Instrumental in the control upgrade of 1b press line. ● Ensure all 1B robot job cycle time exceeded nine parts per minute ● Modified plc code for die change kaizen, faults, and machine efficiency ● Created cube seven at ib line to allow teaching of jobs with wide die set. ● Set the parameters for cube 8 on 1B to allow teaching of jobs at 1 b line ● Installed robot workspaces (cubes) on Btr 1 Kawasaki robot ● Pilot maintenance team leader ● Restored pg 0 Kawasaki` main robot program. ● Modified autostart.pc2 program on right robot to allow operators to enter correct x shift and y shift data from the interface panel. ● Installed break command in Kawasaki robot home program to ensure robot goes up to set height before going on to next step ● Modified fanuc robot pick part logic. If a fault occurred the fault would latch in. ● Recommended to robot programmer to modify the robot code so positon data automatically transfers to the position registers ● Recommend to robot programmer to have vacuum check on at position 12 ( robot clear of die ) instead of at pick up. ● Trouble shot double blank detector. I found and removed a reset command given by a programmer`s test logic. ● Found discrepancies in 5a slide lock manual control logic. Logic modified ● Found discrepancies in press door logic. Logic modified. ● Modified program part pick so vacuum fault stays latched in. The fault was clearing and the press would cycle. ● I recommend to have bypass conveyor control via hmi not just the teach pendant ● Modified exit conveyor soft limits to prevent the conveyor from hitting the die theater was when the conveyor is extended. ● Recommended to have the robot job recipe change (during auto tool change) when the robot is at home position. ● I had nsm modified the stack logic for stacker one and two. IF the stack is too high you can move backward only.

Perform Allen Bradley (A&B) PLC control level issue diagnosis using ladder logic and Control View HMI. ● Followed change management process and developed ad­hoc PLC ladder code change using Rockwell RSLogix5000. Installed periodic tasks on rs logic 5000 controller for fault history tracking ● Trained team members on vfd and motor troubleshooting ● Created hmi for kiva workstations. Recieved recognition award for designing system engineering upgrade that was implemented company wide

I maintained, supported, installed and troubleshot stamping presses, auxiliary, equipment, hydraulics, programmable logic controllers, motorstarters, conduit, electrical panels, 4­20 milliamps or 0­10 vdc instrumentation, pneumatics, circuit breakers, rigid conduit, servo motors, capacitor banks, variable frequency drives, touch screens, lighting, solenoids, photo eyes, proximity switches, robots and electronics. ● 635 Project team member.
