Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PLC Commissioning Specialist to support startup and commissioning of a new automated production line. • Commission equipment • Troubleshoot PLC/HMI/communications • Support validation and launch • Document changes Required Experience • Siemens (TIA Portal, S7-1200/S7-1500) • Omron (Sysmac Studio, NJ/NX) • Startup & Commissioning • Electrical Controls Troubleshooting • HMI and Network Diagnostics Equipment Preform Cold Roll, Gear Cutting, Chamfer, Heat Treat, Washers, Presses, Robotics, Balancers, Conveyors Tools & Software Requirements • Own Laptop • Licensed Siemens TIA Portal • Licensed Omron Sysmac Studio/CX-One • Communication cables/adapters • Troubleshooting tools
