Scope - Customer is bringing a new plastic mold online tomorrow, needs help integrating it with a tending robot and PLC. We have built a new End of arm tool to take threaded inserts, place them into the mold, and grab finished parts out of the mold. We need to modify the PLC and Robot programs to handle this new part type, and make mechanical adjustments to the nesting for threaded inserts. Mold is being tested tomorrow, team will have Thursday - Sunday to integrate the new part type. Production starts Monday and we'd need to be onsite to support startup.

Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Laptop and Lockout Tagout Kit.
