Job Description

We have an automated cell in our paint department used for a topcoat powder application with (2) Fanuc robots. We are currently seeking support to make necessary changes to the existing program used to coincide with the newly modified mounting bar positions.

Most of this work would need to be on a Sunday to work around production schedules.

PaintToolRequiredTouch up points on both fanuc robots to allow a consistent sweeping distance between the EOAT (spray nozzle) and the units (boom arm) to apply powder evenly and effectively to all surfaces. The robots are tracking with the units as the conveyor maintains slow advancement down the overhead conveyor line. It is imperative the new programs will need to be a copy of the original as to have a failsafe backup to not lose previous (existing) programs.

Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission.

Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
