Fanuc 30ia R200ib sitting on top of an Engle Plastic Injection Press is having interlock issues. The controls for the machine Rexthroth from 12VDC hard-wired PLC from 1996.
They are having various issues conditions were the robot will not unload the machine.
The programmer will need to be on site 10 hours per day for 5 days minimum. Your responsibility will be to determine if the problem is the switches or sensors on the machine, is it the machine logic or is it a problem with the robot I/O / program.
Fanuc Sent Out A Programmer who reported that the issue was with the machine controls. The Fanuc Report will be shared once hired.
