Worked in various roles such as Lead MES Integration, IIoT Architect, Manufacturing Systems Architect, etc. with team members & client personnel for leading companies in their respective sectors, to help establish &/or integrate respective MES with other Enterprise and Manufacturing systems. As an Architects Team member, help lead one-of-a-kind setup emulating a manufacturing line for a Green factory with systems ranging from L0 to L4 on the ISA-95 scale, including Network Segmentation, DMZ setup to funnel data from floor to higher level systems & IoT, streamlining OPC-UA, MQTT to support data request across systems.

Worked with various stakeholders in defining, identifying MES functionalities to form the system backbone of new Digital manufacturing stack.

Successfully implemented Ignition MES solution at various business segments in China, Germany, Mexico and US, working as Key MES Solution Architect in conjunction with cross-platform team members to establish a global MES server Hardware specification, Machine floor connectivity to MES standards. Worked with Business Analysts to provide Manufacturing Data Analytics (MDA) using Tableau. Data source was MySQL DB, having collected data from Manufacturing plants using Ignition MES.

Worked with cross-team members in Biotech & Consumer Care division to improve processes, implement MES solutions (MBR review), and EBR execution. Provided critical support for US based plants, as primary MES (IT) support, 24/7. Implemented OPC solution to retrieve machine data and integrate it into MES MBR's.
