Why Choose Me
<p>I want this role because Yaskawa isn’t just another robot line to me — it’s the arena where precision meets purpose. Every time I stand in front of an AR-series arm or watch a DX200 execute a synchronized weld, I feel what others might call obsession, but I call <em>calling</em>.</p> <p>This project represents everything I’ve built myself for — long nights rewritting code again and again until its done right, rebuilding fixtures that others gave up on, tracing a signal wire across a plant just to understand <em>why</em> the robot stopped. I’ve done this not because someone told me to, but because I refuse to walk away from a machine until it moves exactly the way it was meant to[vision].</p> <p>I’m driven by <strong>Kaizen</strong> — not as a buzzword, but as a lifestyle. I document every improvement, optimize every motion path, and mentor others to think in systems, not shortcuts. When I say I’ll live in that factory until the problem is solved, it’s not about hours — it’s about ownership. If a robot’s motion is off by 0.2 mm, I’ll stay until it’s zeroed out. If a ladder rung doesn’t fire the way logic intended, I’ll trace it line by line until it’s clean.</p> <p>This Yaskawa deployment is my major league — the place where skill, grit, and intellect meet under pressure. I want this because I <em>thrive</em> where complexity scares others. I want it because I believe Yaskawa represents the highest standard of robotic engineering in the world — and I want to measure myself against that standard.</p> <p>Give me the controllers, give me the ladder files, give me the cell that’s been stuck for days — I’ll bring it back online with structure, discipline, passion and fire. Not to prove anyone wrong, but to honor the craft[Yaskawa].</p> <p>That’s why I’m here.<br /> That’s why I want this role.<br /> Because this isn’t work for me — this is legacy and the company of which it represents.</p>
Work Experience(2)
• Program/support ArcWorld 6200/6300 cells (2–3 AR/MA/GP/MH series robots) with TSYNC/PSTART/PWAIT for synchronized multi arc welding (Miller Auto Axcess 450DI; Lincoln Power Wave R500/R450). • Run pendant level UI/UO diagnostics; trace signals across controllers, clamps, sensors, and interlocks; restore sequences via targeted power cycles and PanelView Plus overlays. • Calibrate gas flow (Lincoln CWTGFM), maintain Cool Arc 55 systems; execute weld checks to OEM specs. • Trained Robotic Weld techs on multi robot sync, fixture validation, and alarm recovery; added structured inline comments & speed tags for faster troubleshooting and optimizing (***KAIZEN***- CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT). • Installed/aligned TURCK sensors; used pendant UO to checks to isolate A/B misfires and scanner timeouts.Weld inspections(Quality).
• Operated/programmed OTC Daihen FD series robots; torch alignment, tip/nozzle maintenance, PM, and QA/5S. • Supported flexible exhaust assembly lines meeting Fit/Function/Appearance/Weight requirements; minimized downtime using pendant troubleshooting and routine recoveries. Practice and enforce (KAIZEN)-Continuous Improvement
