Collaboration with internal and external customers and partners, to ensure the delivery of automation projects. Develop, debug, and commission PLC programs for control systems. Installation, troubleshooting and commission of automation equipment (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) systems to ensure proper function. Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the implementation and configuration of automation products and solutions. Resolve technical issues in automation systems, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and maintain equipment operation. Communication Networks Setup: Establish and configure communication networks for system integration. Control Motion: Set up and program servo drives and VFD. HMI Design & Debugging: Design and troubleshoot Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for optimal user interaction. Provide technical training to plant personnel on properly using solutions, and maintenance and troubleshooting best practices.

PLC Programming: Develop, debug, and commission PLC programs for control systems. Systems Debugging & Commissioning: Troubleshoot and commission electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure proper function. Control Motion Setup: Configure and program servo drives to control motion parameters position, velocity, torque, acceleration. HMI Debugging & Commissioning: Design, debug, and commission Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems. Communication Network Setup: Establish and configure communication networks for seamless system integration. Training: Provide training to plant personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.

-Electrical & Communication System Assembly: Lead the complete assembly of electrical and communication systems for conveyors and automated welding and material handling cells. -Control Devices & Components Installation: Oversee the installation of control devices, communication networks, and high/low voltage components for automation systems. Including field components like Manifolds, PDP, Robot controllers, panels, turntable, workstations, remote modules, IO Blocks, ethernet switch, HMI, sealing robots, and welding robots -System Debugging: Troubleshoot in electrical and communication systems to ensure proper functionality.

Optimize Machinery & Equipment Performance: Ensure optimal and reliable operation of machinery, systems, and equipment in the Powertrain plant. Equipment Acquisition & Commissioning: Oversee the acquisition, testing, and commissioning of equipment for line maintenance and improvements. Failure Diagnosis & Detection: Identify and diagnose system failures to implement corrective actions. Staff Training: Train plant personnel in equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
