Programming Skills (2)
I worked for years at Renault Brazil on complex assembly lines, providing quick-response interventions and implementing the creation of new lines. The plant operated with S7-300 PLCs and HMIs using SIMATIC and WINCC P8, as well as 1500 series PLCs using TIA Portal V16. At Spinula, I implemented a complex modification of the engine block line for GM Factory Zero using SIMATIC within standard practices and WINCC P8, both applications involving a complex network system with servers and SCADA, as well as ASI, Modbus, Profinet, Ethercat, and Ethernet networks. I also developed programs for parts washing machines for the automotive machining industry. At GM Tennessee Spring Hill, I worked on implementation testing using TIA Portal for HMIs across all conveyor lines, as well as for Ministack P4 and FullStack P2 and P3 systems.
I had several opportunities to work at Renault on the car lifts throughout the entire plant, from body assembly to final assembly, all controlled by Rockwell systems. At Spinula, I developed several programs and performed testing on bakery machines and inventory control systems. At Talos Automation, I worked with Rockwell on conveyors and other production lines.
