Lead installation and teardown of conveyor lines, robotic systems, and assembly floors for various projects. Performed PMs on conveyors and robotics systems. Build and tear down lines, robots, floors, etc. to load on trailer. Saw Machine Operator/Tool Builder Grinding and deburring parts to specific measurements according to blueprints or schematics. Regulating machining by utilizing machine instrumentation knowledge including adjusting and setting machine controls. Built low and high voltage component boxes for various machines. Installed new motors and pumps into machinery working with up to 480v. Blueprint Reading identified errors on schematic/drawings and relayed information. Assembled, bolted, and joined all machine components to build a complete machine. Conducted alignment-check on machine assembly and tested its operations for customers during buy off. Operated and controlled overhead crane to arrange parts and sub-assemblies properly. Used power or air tools (job preference) to assemble and do maintenance on specific machines according to schematics and was very Instrumental in building in line for the model Y in every aspect.
