I have been working with Siemens PLCs for 14 years, starting with Step7 and transitioning to TIA Portal, including Fail Safe PLCs. I also have worked with drives and servo motors, like S120, S110, G120, G110, G150, V20, V90 and several HMIs, from the basic to most advanced ones. I

I have designed the electrical drawings for industrial machines using escCAD using American, Brazilian and German standards.

I have worked with Siemens Confort, Mobile and Basic panels. Setting from basic buttons assingnments to recipes, remote setups and multiplexing.

I have experience working with all sorts of programming languages. Ladder, Blocks, STL and SCL

Experience with Siemens, Control Techniques and Yaskawa drives. I have worked with Sinamics S120, G120, V11, V90, G115, Yaskawa Sigma 5 and Control Techniques Digitax HD family

Handled the electrical and controls design and commissioning of special machines designated to production environment. • Design of the new product Leak Tester machinery, which tested the functionality of the poppet valve installed on a hybrid vehicle torque converter • Improved torque converter internal cleanness with two different flushing cells • Optimized the oil flow in and out of the part, its temperature, levels and pressure when cleaning the torque converter with the flushing machines • Integrated the whole plant oil distribution on all seven Torque Converter lines. All lines were upgraded to an automated oil feed with controlled flow and supervision for leaks • Cut cycle time in half by designing the new Thread Checker machine with 2 torque guns and 3 servomotors • Integrated negative check on auto cycle which cut changeover time on at least 50% and helped on ergonomics once the operators don't have to carry the heavy part to the machine to perform the negative check

Conducted the design of PLC programs and controls of special machines • Design of rocker with bearing assembly machine with to integrated round tables, and 14 stations which included press, pressed force measurement, bearing position and bearing press • Design of automated oven load and unload with 6 servo motors and tracking of oven and conveyor parts • Design of chaku chaku line with servo presses, force and assembly measurement systems, automated robot with screwdriver and part tracking • Upgrade of noise measurement servo motor which reduced significantly the false bad parts • Upgrade an old rocker assembly machine from Step5 to Step7 with redesign of all controls softwares having the lifetime of the machine extended for several years due accessibility of spare parts
