Integrated corrosion monitoring data into the GeoSCADA platform for centralized supervision, alarming and trending. Acapulco Interurban Maxi-Tunnel · Tunnel Infrastructure Automation Designed, built, programmed and commissioned jet-fan ventilation control panels (Schneider M221 PLC), linked to the substation MCC and operating locally and remotely from the tunnel SCADA (2020). Ford Chihuahua Plant: adapted conveyor on the 6.7L diesel line and commissioned a bearing assembly machine using Schneider Modicon Premium PLC. Ingenio La Gloria, Veracruz: PLC programming, SAT testing and startup of the plant alarm system (Modicon M340). PEMEX: programmed an RFID and keypad access control system with Modicon M340; upgraded access control (SIMCOT Update 7) at 7 storage and distribution terminals. PEMEX: developed ClearSCADA graphics, alarms, trends, event history and reports, including ClearSCADA Mobile for high-level alarm monitoring.
