Specialist in the Allen/Bradley family of controllers. My expierence comes most from troubleshooting and keeping lines running. I have worked more with compactlogix family of controlers but have troubleshooted contrologix controllers. I have worked around PF525 drives and setting up Ethernet comms to read/write data to a controller. I have helped around mostly in the Food & Beverage industry but have worked around the Aerospace industry. I have helped migrate AutomationDirect PLC's to CompactLogix controllers for a glass polishing machine. This project consisted of developing a new HMI application & converting the ladder diagram to Studio 5000.
About Me
Young fellow who has adventured in the automation & controls career. My expierence comes from troubleshooting machinery using the Allen/Bradley family of controllers and HMI's. I started off as an industrial electrician and slowy transitioned over to automation and controls.

I have helped customers in the waste/water industry install and commission Rosemount Pressure transmitters to read pressure from injection wells. These were HART instruments that were setup via a field communicator. These instruments would read back to a Eurotherm that would display the data for operators. I have also commisioned Badger flow meters for the waste/water industry.
I started off my career as an industrial electrician before jumping into the Automation world. This helped me understand how electricity and controllers cohered to each other. Projects I did was commisioning MCC's & making SS Stations for the Sulfur industry, bend EMT, RIGID, Rob-Roy, & stainless-steel conduits using Greenlee 555 benders, installation of Panelboards & Swithboards, termination of heavy gauge cable into panelboards & switchboards, pulling heavy gauge cable using Greenlee tugger from switchboard to field boxes, & underground work installing PVC conduit to feed communication & AC wiring.

I always make sure my customers are satisfied. If there is a complex problem that needs to be solved, I am there with a customer guiding them throughout all the steps needed to finish a project. If I dont know something, I will devote time to learn something new to help my customer out (sensors, controllers, modules). I have installed and commisioned compactlogix controllers in the F&B industry as well as the waste/water industry. All panels were built in-house at our 2500sqf facility.
I have programmed glass polishers for the aerospace industry from scratch as well as HMI development for machineries from scratch. I can program in various languages ( Ladder, Structured Text, Function Block).
As mentioned, all my expierence mostly comes from troubleshooting existing lines. This means working on automated & non-automated machinery (relay logic). I can solve basic issues in a couple of hours & complex issues in hours as well. I make sure to take my time and verify why the issue is being caused & how to prevent it from happening any further.
