Experience in Siemens S7, S5 and TIA Portal V13 – V18 as well as Allen Bradley PLC5 / SLC 500 / RS Logix / Studio 5000. I have experience of writing HMI projects including Protool / WinCC / Zenon and Allen Bradley Factory Talk. is also able to write VB.net to a reasonable level. Most programming has been done done in STL but he’s equally competent in Ladder, Graph and SCL. He has experience with Siemens G120, S120 and MicroMaster drives as well as AB Powerflex / Kinetix drives. He also has experience with Bosch Servo drives. Proficient with Piltz safety Relays as well as Siemens F PLC. Has extensive experience of Electric Vehicle battery handling at Rivian, Ford, BMW and GM.
He is proficient with various fieldbus networks including Profibus, ProfiNET, EtherCAT and RS232 / RS485 for use on small low speed networks.
