PSO MEHMOOD KOT TERMINAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM I had the opportunity to develop a program for automating the pump sequences in gantry operations using TIA Portal, design Control System Panel, design modification at MCC end and establish communication between SCADA and 32 FMC Microload Batch Controllers using Modbus TCP/IP.
LCI SODA ASH DAP-4 CONTROL SYSTEM For this project I am responsible for AS & OS Engineering, Developing Control System Logic using Functional Design Specification, creating detail engineering drawing for Control Panel Assembly & Wiring, FAT, SAT and Commissioning. In this project we are designing a Redundancy Base Control System with S7-1500 series PLC and a custom build TIA PORTAL library for advance engineering.
KW&SB (Karachi Water & Sewage Board) PUMPING STATION DIGITALIZATION PROJECT: In this project, I was assigned for merging two distinct SCADA systems into a unified WinCC Project. This hands-on experience allowed me to not only merge the systems seamlessly but also install and integrate various field instruments such as pressure transmitters, level transmitters, and SHINKO meters. I successfully integrated these devices into the SCADA system, ensuring efficient data collection and monitoring capabilities. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to configure Information Server and Web Navigator Server & Client solution for monitoring entire SCADA HMI over Internet by Web-Publishing.
