I have worked as a weld technician and robot programmer in the Mercedes Benz manufacturing plant bodyshop from 2014 to 2018
I worked in the Mercedes SA bodyshop as maintenance technician from 2014 till end of 2018. I then started working as a contractor from end of 2018 until now. My experience is mostly with KUKA KRC4 robots on multiple projects for Mercedes SA, BMW and Powertrain (Mercedes) and some small supplying companies. I also have experience with sensopart vision sensors, handling robots, fronius mig brazing, Tucker and Nelson studwelding, Search and palletizing robots software, changer plate robots.

I am a strong willed person with an eye for detail. I am very disciplined with very good work ethics and sober habits. I work well in a team but are able to work on my own without supervision. I have very good organisational skills and can comunicate effectively which I consider very important in the automation industry.

Comissioning: BMW line extention-new robots installed to improve cycle time. Mercedes Vans Charleson-Robots added to framing station for cycle time improvement. Mercedes Benz SA- Commissioned the rear compartment of the W206. Mercedes Battery Plant Alabama- Commisioned different applications throughout the lines. BMW spartanburg- Commisioned the new G03 sidewall intergration line.
Currently part of a continuous improvement team with the objective of improving cycle time and overall performance of the production lines on the Mercedes Benz SA plant bodyshop.

Worked a lot with handling and screwing robots on Mercedes battery plant project. As well as sensopart vision sensors.
Mercedes battery plant had quite a number of screwing robots that I helped commission.
