Robot Engineer/ Programmer. Most of my experience is with programming robotic weld lines in a build shop and follow the line to the end-user assembly plant for re-installation, start up, de bug, touch-up robot paths/welds and address any cycle time isuues. Post-installation support.

I have material handling experience with pick and place programming and dunnage racking applications, also with power & free conveyor systems. This experience includes accurate path modifications and touch ups. I also have experience with adjusting end - effectors, clamps cylindicators, and tool-changers and vibratory bowl feeders. My material handling experience includes new line installations or existing installation support. Have worked in this capacity with GM, Ford, Stellantis- Chrysler (Body in White) standards.
I have experience troubleshooting new line startups and existing line issues with robot I/O and robot program structure. I have worked in this capacity with GM, Ford, Stellantis, and several build shops and tier 1 suppliers.
Spot welding, Nut/bolt welding, Mig welding with multiple robots in weld production lines i.e. door enclosures. My experience includes adjusting weld parameters to meet and exceed quality control standards. Application experience is with GM, Ford, Stellantis-Chrysler (Body in White) standards..
