I have been using Inventor on and off for projects since 2004 and Fusion 360 since 2013. Working on medical deivces, sensors, and unmanned platforms. I have used Fusion360 simualtion package to support part design and have also used inventors cable and harness modules to support cable design, routing, and install.

Used solidworks for 4 years full time at job developing a custom 3d scanner doing optomechanical design. Have used solidworks on and off for customer projects since. Developed workflows to automate bom export and vendor managment within solidworks customization files.

Ability to develope matlab and octave scripts to simulate and model systems.

Ability to trouble shoot software issues with mechanical systems and work through modeling issues with software development team.

Offering contracting & consulting services for robotics / unmanned systems, optomechanics, sensors, medical devices, manufacturing process development, system prototyping, and technology research & development. - Projects span both startups and large companies on multidisciplinary efforts. - In house rapid prototyping and design capabilities spanning harness fabrication, 3d printing, mechanical prototyping, packaging, and 3d scanning / photogrammetry. Example projects listed below. Supply Chain: - Redesigned components around COVID-19 supply chain issues to develop and qualify a static dissipative shipping solution to replace components that could not be sourced. - Supported on boarding of suppliers new to the customer. Disaster Response: - Completed a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) with US Air Force. - Developed a concept of rapidly deployable containerized buildings for disaster response providing shelter, medical, water, maintenance, and management coordination.

- Built multiple functional prototypes of rebar tying robot system for concrete construction under aggressive timelines. - Developed a machine learning workflow to find regions of interest in point clouds for rebar sensing. - Admitted to startup accelerators hosted by Comcast and National Science Foundation - Wrote and awarded multiple SBIR grants for drone and robotics technology raising over $300k. - Shadowed concrete crews and built models uncovering KPI targets for tech viability & product iteration.

Provided contracting and consulting services across a wide range of industries. Project examples listed below. Medical: - Integrated electrical and control box comprised of custom printed circuit boards and commercial off the shelf systems. - Progressed from high level systems list into a working unit while coordinating with the customers multidisciplinary engineering team. - Developed, tested, and assembled custom wiring harnesses before hand-off to vendor to reduce schedule risk and support integration test sprints. - Provided highly detailed work instructions, technical documentation, and bill of materials to support FDA application process covering whole enclosure both mechanical and electrical. - Final unit contained over 100 wiring harness pin outs. Automotive: - Conducted R&D of a high performance lighting assembly for an electric vehicle Tier 1/2 supplier. - Leveraged additive manufacturing as a hardware integration and test loop to iterate on system. - Achieved thermal, mass, and optical targets. Power: - Supported design and build of a dyno test system for a small hydro power generation unit. Robotics / Drones: - Supported flight testing of a drone based logistics protoype. - Acted as observer and coordinator during part 107 operations.

- Created concepts for a high precision non¬contact hole metrology system and grew into a preproduction product. - Coordinated system requirements regarding electrical, optical, and mechanical with design resources. - Installed & supported product for aerospace manufacturing drill and fill robot at a major OEM. - Supported requirement definition, design, assembly, calibration, and testing for a 3d scanning measurement system. - Benchmarked system procurement, assembly and calibration chain to uncover areas of improvements for both cost reduction and speed to allow both better internal scaling of the technology and agility of the development team. - Conducted on site installs, support visits, trade shows, and demonstrations for customers and investors in NA & EU.

- Supported mechanical, electrical, and software work on the shop floor. Filled gaps as they occured. - Proactively identified procurement problems, system build out issues, and changes needed to documentation. - Built HMI with 100+ screens for a mutli­zone work cell enabling a key progress deliverable milestone.
