Work Experience(4)
Battery Packs assembly on enclosure lines. In this role, I was responsible for hardware configuration, PLC and HMI programs development, and commissioning of automatic stations for tasks including module load with robots, fastening systems (Atlas Copco PF6), and dispensing systems (Nordson). This project specifically utilized Rockwell PLC (Logix 5000) for control and Ignition for HMI
At this Battery Pack lines project, I played a role in the startup phase. My responsibilities included debugging and fine-tuning the PLC and HMI software to meet Rivian's standards. Additionally, I was involved in configuring IAI motion systems for precise dispensing in conjunction with Nordson systems and also worked on Chroma tester equipment stations. Throughout this project, I utilized Rockwell PLC (Logix 5000) and HMI (Factory Talk) technologies.
In the project of integrating a new model on the body welding assembly line, I was responsible for adding and configuring the new hardware to the existing Step7 project, testing robot integration, performe commissioning and startup activities following the CARS standard. For this project, we had Siemens PLC (Step 7 Simatic Manager) and HMI (TIA Portal V13)
I was responsible for the development, commissioning, and startup of powertrain assembly and machining lines. This involved working with Siemens PLC and HMI systems, using Simatic Manager and Tia Portal. I also integrated the COMAU C5G handling robot, Festo Cartesian pick and place system, SINAMICS CU320 servos motion system, and Rexroth Tightening System 350.
