am a Mexican professional currently working for a German company, doing offline robot programming in Portugal and working on site in different factories across Germany. I am focused on improving my skills in robotics and automation. My responsibilities include doing offline robot programming using Process Simulate, based on AMW documents that include cycle times and sequences, as well as working with layouts and the required standard specifications. On site, I create programs for applications such as docking on/off, handling, welding, and glue application. I also work with welding and glue controllers to identify faults when an automatic process stops due to those systems, and I help solve the issue. Additionally, I work closely with the PLC programmer to solve problems related to signals between the PLC and the robots, and I use the HMI to monitor or switch between automatic and manual modes, among other tasks.
I worked as a general maintenance technician, which included automotive maintenance tasks as well as vehicle scanning and diagnostics.
