Responsible for the executing and managing the value engagement process of the manufacturing process,while improving the quality of their product. Oversee the optimization, and effeciency while assisting in the creation of a new infastructure in the manufacturing process.

Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.  Training of new employees, creating and managing schedules, payroll, performance evaluations, introducing Lean concepts, and enacting them.  Analyze daily product supply levels for City of Detroit, to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

Conduct quarterly Lean Manufacturing Practices workshop for salaried and hourly employees. Scheduling of all overtime and PM work in plant  Continuous Improvement Team Champion. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to process, product, and quality system..  Manage and control the manufacturing activities of the production floor. Prepare and support the budget planning process and responsible to meet departmental financial goals.  Handles all 2nd and 3rd disciplinary interviews.

Provided complete Project Management oversight on assigned programs in reference to quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction in compliance to specifications and commitments.  Familiar with manufacturing/weld/stamping shop and shop environments and able to communicate and work with a direct workforce at all levels.  Monitored risk on all programs and allocated appropriate time to mitigate risk levels and provide risk assessments as needed to mitigate identified risks.  Responsibility over tracking changes in contract/program scope, and/or any and all customer or internal changes that affect program goals/metrics (i.e., cost, gross margin, schedule(s).  Provided management and coordination thereof of any customer visit, program review and/or requests from internal/external sources regarding status, economic health, or any other aspect of performance of assigned programs.

Implementation of Corrective Actions Policy, (which coincided with my mentorship initiative). Adherence by all students and staff of school code  Conducted disciplinary interviews w/ parent and student, maintained data system for disciplinary activities.  Liaison between Staff and Board of Directors.  Track coach.

Championed and supported quality incentives as set forth by industry and Faurceia standards.  Team leaded for building a customer- focused, lean operations platform, defined processes, and procedures in conjunction with operating staff.  Quality/ Improvement champion for P/L operations staff, developed and maintained quality standards for international supplier, specifically the Cadillac CT6 model.  Quality prototype coordinator between FCA and Faurceia Fulfillment of lean improvement s for operations processes.
