Responsible for vehicle testing, team development, and software development. Lead a team who produced 250 vehicles in 18 months. I worked in Dearborn. I held 2 different positions while in the company. Test Specialist and Team Lead in my 3 years of employment.
Responsible for customer banking needs. Home lending and unsecured lending. I worked closely with our mortgage bankers to close 6-figure deals weekly. I lead the southeast Michigan district in sales for 3 months straight.
Responsible for 12 technicians. Optimizing workflow and shop operations. In charge of backroom sales and developing technicians into better salesmen. I moved from a technician role to the operations manager roll 8 months after I started. I managed operations for about 2 years.
