I worked as an Electrical Designer for 5 years and the tool I used was Autocad, so I have experience in using AutoCad in the design of electrical schematics only and not with 3D drawings.

I worked with Mitsubishi PLCs in the implementation and development of machines for Auto Parts and production lines.

My experience with Kawasaki is based on its integration with PLC Siemens and Rockwell in the production lines of Ford and GM, the programming part of the Robot code. I have no experience as a robot programmer, but I know how to handle the robot in terms of placing it in a home position, and maintenance. my greatest experience is with the interface between Robo and PLC and HMI

Major Accomplishments:  Service negotiation and approval of many projects to change the juice production line in a large food company in the city of Americana-SP.  Management of work teams and execution of works in juice production line.

Santa Barbara do Oeste – São Paulo, Brazil Main Responsibilities:  Teaching of theoretical classes on Automation and Industrial Control systems.  Teaching practical classes in the laboratory on Automation and Industrial Control systems.Automation and maintenance management of various market followings. Major Accomplishments:  Taught classes and trainings on PLC´S Allen Bradley, Siemens and production control software Elipse Scada systems at the SENAI School in the evening period.

Nova Odessa – São Paulo, Brazil Main Responsibilities:  Management of maintenance team formed by 18 electronic technicians.  Implementation of automated systems in production lines for production gain and better work ergonomics.  Maintenance schedule plans and control for line production machines and equipment. Major Accomplishments:  Implemented management systems and electrical maintenance control using tools such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) software Improvements were made to production automation systems for machines to gain production cycle and quality control.  Implemented Safety training normalization.  Implemented production control as Kaysen and Poka Yoke system to improve production and manufacturing practices.  Implemented many Automation Controlled System at old machines to speed up production and get less downtime at the machines and production lines.

Major Accomplishments:  Final client maintenance services and automation system development improvements on machines to prevent breakage and downtime's machines.  Several special machines have been developed and manufactured from the concept to the fabrication and final assembly at the customer.  Robo palletizer of milk boxes. Weighing machine and selection of eggs by difference in weight and size. Development of a Computer control system for the manufacture of egg powder.

Americana - São Paulo, Brazil Main responsibilities:  Building and industrial maintenance performing electrical installations of lighting systems and outlet points.  Maintenance on electric control panels for electric motors, cooling systems and pumps.  Maintenance on electrical panels of looms and textile machines. Major accomplishments:  In 5 years with the company, was made retrofit of several panels and electrical installations in general.  I started my activities in this company as an intern and over the 5 years I got better levels improvements as an electrician inside the company.
