Senior Mechanical Design Engineer • Design of new special machines (Die Bonder machines) from the concept phase • Responsible for full system design and improving the existing systems for better performance • Design and development of high precision mechanical components and/or assemblies in microns tolerance • Experienced in parametric design modelling using top-down, bottom-up, and master sketch approaches to improve design efficiency • Creating 3D models and 2D drawings for machine parts, assemblies and subassemblies • Creating documentation for safety, manufacturing, and cost. Design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) 3D modelling with SolidWorks, Geometric Dimensioning and Toleration (GD&T) • Creating Bill of Materials (BOM) and troubleshooting mechanical failures

Onshape Specialist Migration of the 3D and 2D models from CATIA, SolidWorks to Onshape • Technical support helping users 1 on 1 in getting their work done such as 3D model and 2d drawings • Providing the technical support in designing the mechanical and electrical components • Prioritize and schedule support tickets to ensure a timely response • Documenting best practices, video tutorials, training documents and 3D model workflow improvements • Technical support, thereby assisting with training the designers, developing documentation that will be used to meet their workflow • Testing new Onshape updates capabilities to optimize the design process
