In addition, diesel with 10 ppm of sulphur which was mandatory by 2016.including Grassroots desulfurization train to treat 60,000 B/D of FCCU gasoline. The project also had an extensive brownfield component to revamp the 98,000 B/D distillate hydrotreater and refinery utility infrastructure. Client support as part of the P&ID review team for diverse refinery units including Hydrotreaters, Isomerization, Hydrocrackers, Alkylation and Acid regeneration units. Client support and part of Hazop and SIL meetings team. Defined and elaborate the P&ID associated to the Vacuum Distillation unit and Crude Storage and Transfer unit, Cause and Effect narrative with all the simple and complex loops associated with the units. Verified and implemented all the interlocks, control loops schemes and control sequences in multidisciplinary meetings with process department.
