My knowledge about KUKA robots goes beyond the usual for PLC programmers, I know how to manually move, manage programs, add/edit/delete movements, adjust and optimize trajectories, although I am not as proficient as a robot programmer.
As a PLC programmer, my knowledge about robots is limited to interface with them.
About Me
Working with Controls in the Industrial Automation field for 37 years, 29 of those inside the Automaker sector as a PLC programmer. For the last 27 years I have managed my own automation company, therefore I accumulated experience along the whole project chain in the automation business
(from concept, project detailing, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic plans, software standardization, PLC programming, commissioning, training and production assistance) as well as all sectors from the Automaker industry (Body Shop, Paint Shop, Assembly Shop, Powertrain, Utilities, Conveyors, AGVs.).
