10+ Years of strong experience in manufacturing industry including Project Management, Manufacturing process planning, Mechanical Design & Robotic simulation of engineering projects.
Experience in Mechanical Design of SPMs & Robotic Simulation of BIW, NON-BIW Welding, Inspection, Turnkey Projects.
Expertise in Body In White joining technology such as Resistance Spot Welding (RSW), Self-piercing rivet (SPR), Friction Stir Element Welding (EJOWELD), Flow Drill Screws (FDS), Laser Welding, Arplas Projection Welding, Clinching, Gluing, Material Handling.
Software’s used: Robcad, Delmia V5, Process Simulate.
Process Planning and Cycle time preparation.
Identifying process issues in engineering phase and suggesting feasible process to Customer with minimal changes. Process and Reachability study, Rivet gun selection, Cycle time, Layout preparation and optimization, kinematics, tooling validation and SOP. Developing the simulation cells for Virtual Commissioning.
Safe robot operations and robot safety configuration using WEST tool in Robcad.
Plant backup uploads (Robot Programs in Delmia)
RRS configuration and proved cycle time & SOP video. IO Signals used between robots in Delmia (IO Management & Interference Zone Management signals used between Robots.)
Strong knowledge on BIW manufacturing methods & Hands on experience with CAD like CATIA, UG NX, Auto-CAD & Factory-CAD.
