I have worked with different camera models and Cognex Insight versions using from single I/O to Industrial Communication Protocols such as Profinet for Siemens and Codesys Based Systems and Ethernet I/P for Rockwell Systems. I have made programs from the scratch from the configutarion of the communication, all image related settings, store files via FTP, to almost any kind of detection such as patterns, distance, OCR, prescence, QR, Barcode, etc I normally use Spreadsheets to program these devices but I am also skilled on Easy Builder.
I have worked mainly with Siemens systems and their different version of Software including Step 7 V5, TIA Portal V13, V14, V15, V16. and Logo. For PLC: I am able to create a program from the very begginig such as hardware configuration and networking (Profinet or Profibus), skilled in programming Ladder and ST, and can go through Graphset and Instruction List. I normally adapt mysef to any standard client is using or if the client is in need to add a new device for which there is nothing configured at all I am able to create the necessary blocks to make it work following their standards. For HMI development: I have worked with WinCC Flex and WinCC Advanced, addressing tag directly from the PLC or any other PLC available in the network. I can use VB scripts for any screen development we need such as multiplex tagging.

• Responsible for the implementation and improvement of automation devices in local plant. Main responsible and programmer for line expansion. a) PLC Programming: Siemens, Allen-Bradley, machine integrations (Ladder, Structured Text, Instruction List). b) Field Buses: ProfiNet, ProfiBus, Ethernet IP, DeviceNet. Manage communications between different industrial networks such as ProfiNet, Profibus and Ethernet/IP via Anybus gateway. Troubleshoot Profibus/Profinet network problems. More than 50 devices in the network which includes IO Slaves, Cameras, Work Stations, PLC, RS232 devices. c) Vision Systems: Cognex (In-sight). Develop the communication with the main PLC via ProfiNet. Implementation for different inspections using spreadsheet. Collect Fail images via FTP. d) Machine debug and Start-up. e) Created How-to documents to explain overall functionality of the line as well as Siemens programming introduction for non-experienced siemens programmers following plant standards. f) Worked with maintenance techs to solve problems. g) Develop new programs for new devices (PLC and HMI interface), documented information and shared it among the organizations around the world so they can easily implement them. h) Give support to sister plants when needed. i) Electrical troubleshooting, which includes but is not limited to, wiring, starters, motors, wire new devices, safety devices.
