Electrical is my stronger skill but am decent mechanical skills, can weld, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, VFD, etc.

Used SAP at Bekaert and Kia purchasing and paying bills. Kia SAP was also used as a CMMS

Fanuc from 1990 thru 2008, Kawasaki Hydraulic 34 and 62 Series 1990-1995, Kuka from 2004-2008 at Nissan Canton and Kuka from 2008 thru 2019 at Kia. Durr (Paint) and Kawasaki (C, D, E) at Kia from 2008-2019. It has been several years since I have programmed but can pick it back up with a little practice.

I haven't used in many years so I am sure the version has changed.

Have been in supervison since 1995 managing a single shift to Managing a whole Department of 150 people. (50 Salaried 100 Hourly)

Real estate training yearly including residential and commercial. Currently studying for General Contractor License for Georgia.10/03 - 05/08 SECTION MANAGER-MAINTENANCE, Nissan Motor Manufacturing Corporation, Canton, MS Responsible for maintaining a department in an Automotive Manufacturing Plant with the daily operations of technical equipment and the highly skilled team that work on them. Coordinate and direct 3 Area Managers, 1 Scheduler Planner, and 27 Maintenance Technicians. Directed and Coordinated weld implementation program. New Model set up for Altima. Responsible for maximizing equipment runtime, making equipment modifications and repairs, performing equipment trouble shooting and repair. Encourage and support a team work environment which increases employee efficiency and productivity. Use JIT, Lean manufacturing and Poke Yoke techniques for Continuous Improvement activities. Responsible for a budget in excess of $1 Million. Coordinate and direct 1 Maintenance Area Manager, 2 Engineers and 15 Maintenance Technicians. Responsible for the facility layout. Lead and support continuous Improvement programs, Preventative Maintenance programs, and TQM. Interview, hire, train, develop, and motivate skilled team members to assure quality of technical goals. Monitor facilities and job procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to OSHA regulations, EPA regulations, ergonomics issues, and other Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Assisted in all engineering and maintenance functions in both the plant and corporate level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes the use of the following computer programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and MP2. Reported to the Plant Manager.

Responsible for an operation budget in excess of $4 Million. Coordinate and direct the Facility Manager, Maintenance Engineer, 2 Maintenance Team Leaders, 28 Maintenance Technicians, and Contractors. Lead and support Capital Projects ($1 Million), Continuous Improvement Programs, Accidental Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance. Monitor facilities and job procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to OSHA regulations, EPA regulations, ergonomic issues, and other Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations. 10/86 - 05/90 ELECTRICIAN, Dyersburg Fabrics, Inc., Dyersburg, TN Responsible for trouble shooting of production equipment. Installation of new equipment including running of conduit and wire and rebuilding of AC and DC motors.
