Over 34 years in Industrial Automation, Controls, and Robotics across the Automotive, Food/Beverage, Printing, Paper Converting, Plastics, Packaging, and Metal manufacturing industries. I worked my way up from the shop floor. I have project managed the launch of 4 turn-key manufacturing facilities from the ground up (2-Printing, 1-Food/Bev, 1- Automotive). I have designed, serviced, and commissioned over 400 pieces of capital OEM manufacturing equipment in 11 countries and 117 cities worldwide. I am the former Owner of (dba) American Mechatronix and Brainstorm Automation, LLC. Factory trained in Bosch Rexroth Motion Control; Motoman, Fanuc, ABB, and Nachi Robotics, as well as Cognex Vision and GE PLCs. I am a certified forklift instructor as well. A veteran Rockwell PLC Programmer. I started programming Allen Bradley/Rockwell in 1985 until present. I have programmed in ladder logic from scratch on every major PLC brand.
