From 03/2015 till now, South DABAA Petroleum Co. (DAPETCO), Egypt. Title: Senior I&C Engineer. Job purpose: responsible of the Turbines dept. (operation and maintenance of the power station). Roles and Responsibilities: Power station with power capacity 10 MW. SOLAR Gas Turbines (Centaur 40) generator set CATERPILLAR (C-18) Emergency Diesel Generator. AJAX gas compressor. Overhaul, commissioning, start up and troubleshooting for gas turbines. Follow up contractors and subcontractors within own discipline scope during engineering and construction phases in order to assure the quality and safety aspects of the work. Prepare the maintenance budget. Develop in the maintenance strategy. Perform Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance Programs. Prepare daily reports. Prepare availability and reliability reports about the engines. Responsible for manpower, tools and equipment to achieve successful job execution. Team leader for the crew of 12 technicians (day and night shift). Achievements: Control upgrade of the 3 units of Gas Turbines (Technical participations in contract study, proposal, technical meetings, Installation and Commissioning). Perform the Turbine Exchange of the Solar Turbine (Engine and Gearbox) for major scheduled maintenance. Development the crew of the dept. Improvement of the dept. by buying new special and hand tools. Assigned to be responsible for Instrument department in addition to my work (1 year). Team leader of the control upgrade in Abo Qir Petroleum of 3_units of Solar Gas Turbines (Centaur 40) gas compressor set from Relay Logic system to Turbotronic 4 control system (RSLogix5000). Site manager of the control upgrade in AGIBA of a SOLAR gas turbine (centaur 40) generator set from Turbotronic 3 to Turbotronic 4 control systems (RSLogix5000). Site manager of the installation new control system of the Heater in KPC (Khalda) company.
