Responsibilities: Responsibility starts from the receipt of the basic Items from Germany to its final stage of assembly in Liebherr India. Preparation of Electrical Circuit using E-plan as per the German Standards. Getting the Approval for Electrical Diagram from Germany. Preparation of cable harness diagram. Design & Preparation of Electrical Flow chart Diagrams. Selection & preparation of PLC/CNC package list as per project requirement. Ordering of Control panel and Switch gears. Assigning the job to each individual to complete the task as per the production schedule. Checking and Modification of PLC Program. Communication set up of PLC/CNC Set up of drive configuration & Parameters Powering up & testing of electrical panels. Responsible for installations, commissioning, and extending technical support to our engineers during the time of commissioning. Extending technical support to the customers from the date of commissioning. Planning for and accomplishing the movement of material through the plant at the right time by co-ordinating with the procurement team. Preparation of Complete BOM. Customer support. Customer Training. Documentation.
