Prototyped an endoscope for detection and imaging of tumors in the cervix using ultrasound. Developed and designed L-7 and L-11 ultrasonic transducer probe with sensors to detect tumors under the skin. Prototyped a multi-size bone mapping apparatus which can be used to image instead of X-ray. Drafted sheets for 2D drawings of different components for placing job orders to machine shops. Mechanical Design Engineer- SV AGRI processing pvt ltd,Pune Nov 2017 - May 2018 Designed and development of Belt conveyor, bucket elevator, soil cleaner and grader equipment using CREO. Using Ansys performed failure analysis, modal analysis of designed parts like shaft, bearing and brackets. Prepared BOM for new products, monitored the cost and delivery schedules. Prepared nested laser cutting and welding drawings. Executed root cause analysis within team to identify & isolate new product issues and recommend solutions.
