• Integration of Leoni Dress pack for all types of robots andNIMAK spot welding gun etc.
• Configure robot IO, weld interface and program call & Set up structure for robot programs
• Six years of hands-on experience programming robots (KUKA, ABB and OTC) and Simulation
• Responsible for validating & Optimizing the tool including validation like gun access in/out, gripper access in/out, robot payload, robot reachability, tool access, clearance, swept volume and Creation of safety zones
• Good understanding of IO, transfer of information between Robot and PLC via profinet and PLC functionality
• Experience in robotic applications like spot welding, material handling, MIG welding, gluing, Searching, Palletizing, Laser brazing etc.
• Sound mechanical ability to work on robot dress packages and peripheral equipment such as weld guns, grippers, and fixturesetc.
• Provide robotic support and training as required
• Train and work with other programmers to enhance the technical and non-technical skill level
• Read E-plan, Pneumatic plan and configure accordingly
• Work closely with Robotic group leader regarding projects, monitoring workload and deadlines
• Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Work visual, Robot Studio, Lotus notes, SAP etc.
