Responsible for integration and commissioning for all types of robots Check, offline and online programmingfor robots Make robot standard according to theapplication Provide training to sub-ordinates Check feasibility of tools etc Production planning and controlling

Responsible for the Robot Programming for MIG welding Application and Manual paint & grinding application Crucial role in the Production and optimization of the Process. To Maintain TPM, Production Plannig and Control reoprts, Kaizen, 5S Quality Control tools like Check sheet, Control chart, Stratification,Pareto chart, Histogram, cause and effect diagram, Scatter diagram etc. Manpower allocation as per requirement. Responsible for validating & Optimizing the tool including validation like gun access in/out. Cycle time Optimization as per requirements.

During EDAG tenure i was doing various project for BMW China and USA Program robot paths, set up program structure and implement offline and onsite programming • Integration of Leoni Dress pack for all types of robots andNIMAK spot welding gun etc. • Configure robot IO, weld interface and program call & Set up structure for robot programs • Six years of hands-on experience programming robots (KUKA, ABB and OTC) and Simulation • Responsible for validating & Optimizing the tool including validation like gun access in/out, gripper access in/out, robot payload, robot reachability, tool access, clearance, swept volume and Creation of safety zones • Good understanding of IO, transfer of information between Robot and PLC via profinet and PLC functionality • Experience in robotic applications like spot welding, material handling, MIG welding, gluing, Searching, Palletizing, Laser brazing etc. • Sound mechanical ability to work on robot dress packages and peripheral equipment such as weld guns, grippers, and fixturesetc. • Provide robotic support and training as required • Train and work with other programmers to enhance the technical and non-technical skill level • Read E-plan, Pneumatic plan and configure accordingly • Work closely with Robotic group leader regarding projects, monitoring workload and deadlines • Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Work visual, Robot Studio, Lotus notes, SAP etc.
