I am an electrical hardware designer who has designed many control panels and automation systems in accordance with UL 508A and NFPA 70 and 79.

I am proficient in Fanuc handling tool along with many other Fanuc-based applications. I have led many Fanuc robotic projects as an electrical engineer.

I have designed, programmed, and have been a troubleshooter for many Allen-Bradley/Studio 5000 PLC, HMI, and drive projects.

I am a certified SolidWorks user, and I have designed many machine tool parts and assemblies to be used on automation machinery.

I have been using Keyence for many years on many different automation projects.

I have had a few projects where I have had to program Mitsubishi PLCs and a Mitsubishi HMIs.

I have programmed many Simens-based PLC projects.

Before becoming an electrical engineer, I was an electrical technician for 4 years and wired control panels, automation machinery, and other various electrical devices.

I have designed many systems and automated machinery as an automation and controls electrical engineer. Since I have a strong hardware background as an electrical technician, hardware design is something I excel in.

In the past, I have plumbed and operated many hydraulic machines. I have also helped design hydraulic systems.

In the past, I have plumbed and operated many pneumatic machines. I have also helped design pneumatic systems.

While working for a small company, I worked under a senior machinist on and off for a few years and learned how to use the milling machine as well as a lathe.

Although I am primarily electrical, my mechanical background is strong. As a previous electrical and mechanical technician. I have assembled and built many machines mechanically, as well as electrically. I have also designed many parts and toolings for machines, sized cylinders, designed mechanical sequence of operations, etc.
