Automation and modernization of production machinery in several industries:
This comprises all electrical engineering, the replacement of control equipment, operator desks and Human-Machine Interfaces and the adaption of new technologies to existing machinery with the aim of improving safety, replacing outdated controls, improving production speed, efficiency and performance and also extend the life of the reusable components. In summary, these jobs require familiarization with each process, studying the conditions of each project, setting goals, deadlines and costs, establishing an action plan, doing detailed engineering, purchasing of materials, installation, commissioning, build documentation and training.
Factories relocation, disassembly, design and re-installation:
These jobs require studying the characteristics of each plant, sub-contracting civil works, installing services like electricity, gas, among others, reinstalling machines and putting them back to work.
Commissioning various types of production machinery abroad (Colombia, Dominican Republic and Trinidad and Tobago). These jobs include coordinating tasks and personnel, doing test protocols and training.
QA/QC Engineer in modernization projects:

Provided technical support to the Sales Department and customers in several applications dealing with PLC´s and motor controllers (selection, sizing, communications, installation, maintenance and safety). Held PLC's and motor controllers training courses. Installed and commissioned AC and DC motor controllers.
