Duncan SC J Working alongside Automation and Engineering groups to make improvements to machine reliability and process. Making changes to process and weld parameters. Versed in 3Con, Bielomatic, and ABB. Making program changes and adjusting points on the Fanuc Robot in our G01 line. I have also applied the Toyota form of trouble shooting repeat issues into effect for our department. Also have worked with teaching and programming Sherlock and Halcon.
Boshoku Tennessee, Jackson TN FANUC/MOTOMAN/Komatsu stamping presses. Started off shadowing a lead technician, within six months I was the lead of the metal stamping maintenance team. After my first year I changed to the robotic side of the plant and was taught the process and how to program arc welding motorman/ Yaskawa and Fanuc robots. Learned how to read and trouble shoot SKILLS Robotic Programming, experience in MOTOMAN, FANUC, and ABB. Experience in AB, Mitsubishi, and some Siemens plcs.
